What if my blood tests say 'normal'?

This is one of the most common things I hear.

Standard blood testing can absolutely be useful, but it does not always show how much strain the body has been under or how well the body is functioning overall.

Functional interpretation also looks at results differently to standard medical ranges and often considers patterns and imbalances that may still be affecting how you feel.

I will also review any recent blood tests you already have as part of the analysis stage, and there is the option to add more comprehensive blood testing if appropriate and helpful for your individual situation.

Do I need additional testing?

Not necessarily. The programme already includes Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which provides a significant amount of insight.

Additional testing such as blood work or gut testing is only recommended where genuinely relevant and useful for the individual, and is always optional.

How much time does the programme require?

This programme is designed to fit around real life. The goal is not to overwhelm you with endless protocols or unrealistic routines.
